Catherine Sutherland's atmospheric work has featured in
award-winning magazines like Vogue Entertaining + Travel,
delicious magazine and Sunday magazine. She is also the photographer for the Melbourne Food + Wine Festival.
Shooting either high resolution digital, 35mm or medium format film, Catherine specialises in editorial and lifestyle photography with a portfolio that is particularly strong in food, interiors and travel. Although based in Melbourne, assignments have taken her extensively across Australia and to India, S.E. Asia, French Polynesia, Morocco, and Europe. A selection of images were included in the 2008 Tourism NT Exhibition Kakadu and Arnhem Land, Photographic Journey held in the foyer of Sussex House in Sydney and at Melbourne's Fed Square. Her work was also chosen for publication in ACMP Collection 8 and as a solo exhibition - Maroc one - presented in conjunction with the French Australian Chamber of Commerce.
